I am not needing to weld aluminum any thicker then 3/16" (mainly just automotive inter-cooler piping)

I searched around on here, I searched around on a few other sites, and I actually talked to people that own the machine and I got all different answers I can weld 1"+ aluminum and far exceed the duty cycle on my old 250 syncrowave, but the 180SD will thermally shutdown after about 15 minutes of continuous welding on 1/4" aluminum
